At this Estate and Tax Planning seminar, our speakers will help you understand why you should have an estate plan, what documents it comprises, how you can implement various structures to minimize tax and when you should update your Will, Power of Attorney and Health Care Directive. We will also discuss what happens if you don’t have these documents in place. Although mostly general in nature, special consideration will also be given to estate planning in the context of privately held companies. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about what will happen to your assets and how you can protect your wealth.
