The Dominion Building Task Force of the Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce retained Colliers International Realty Advisors to conduct a community needs assessment to assess the redevelopment potential of the Dominion Building and site. The completed report outlines possible options for the building. The next steps for the Task Force include working with Canada Lands to ensure the project timelines are met and to explore the feasibility of the public usage options for the property.
