1-5 employees                  $225 + HST

6-10 employees                $305 + HST

11-25 employees              $425 + HST

26-50 employees              $485 + HST

51-75 employees             $620 + HST

76-100 employees           $715 + HST

101-150 employees         $840 + HST

151-500 employees         $1020 + HST

500+ employees             $1080 + HST

Membership dues can be paid monthly or annually by cash, cheque or credit card.
