Office Interiors and CABCO Communications have started construction of a new showroom and headquarters in Burnside, doubling down on their long-term mission to help Atlantic Canadian businesses create more productive work environments.
This purpose-built, three-story, 30 000 square foot building is under construction at the corner of Windmill Road and Ralston Avenue in Burnside. It will provide the capacity to accommodate growth at both companies and drive synergies in the working relationship between Office Interiors and CABCO. Occupancy is anticipated in Q! 2021.

Since 1991, Office Interiors has been providing Atlantic Canada with office furniture and office technology. Its more than 100 employees throughout the region design, install, and furnish productive workplaces and deliver office technology solutions from multifunctional copiers, printers, scanners, and technology infrastructure. This includes premise security, structured cabling, unified communications and contracted carrier services.
Construction of a new showroom and headquarters comes in the wake of many recent initiatives and accomplishments of the companies, including:
- Office Interiors was recently named a 2020 Haworth North American Best in Class dealership
- Office Interiors was recognized as the 2020 Consumers Choice Award for the 10th straight year for both Office Furniture and Office Equipment
- CABCO celebrates 40 years in business in the Maritimes in 2020
